The M306RCM residual current monitor is an integrated sensor and circuit.

Designed to meet the needs of Mode 2 and Mode 3 electric vehicle charging and the requirements of IEC 62955 and IEC 62752.

With a nominal residual DC detection level of 4.5mA DC and 21mA AC this monitor offers multiple detection outputs and configurations 

With a wide input voltage range of 5 - 12 Vdc and likewise on the output due to a open-drain configuration , this monitor leaves itself to be as flexible as is required.

The M306ICT sensing system is an separate sensor and IC, with a reference circuit schematic being supplied for layout and integration into the customers PCB.

With an input voltage of 5Vdc there is no need to supply an additional higher voltage to the circuit which simplifies the customers PCB design. With more access now accessible, multiple custom outputs are now possible.
